Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States only. Canadian shipping is paused while we complete Health Canada diligence (Natural Health Product rules for our ingredient profile). If you're in Canada, join the waitlist on the product page — we'll email you when we reopen checkout to Canada.

Shipping rates & speed

One-time orders (US): $5.91 USPS Ground Advantage Standard, typically 3–5 business days after we ship. Free US Standard when your cart subtotal is $100+ (one-time only).
Subscriptions (US): every renewal includes free US Standard shipping on the included line item (new subscribers after our Apr 21, 2026 rollout).
Need it faster? Optional expedited options may appear at checkout when enabled (e.g. USPS Priority Mail Express or UPS 2nd Day Air), priced separately — they are never included in the free Standard offer.

Returns & refunds

30-day refund window from the date your order is delivered.
In most cases we issue a full refund and you keep the product — no return shipment required.
In rare cases where we ask you to send product back, you pay return shipping unless we shipped the wrong item or the product arrived damaged.
Email support@getkanna.com with your order number to start a refund. Refunds post to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

Damaged or lost shipments

If your order arrives damaged or tracking shows delivered but you don't have it, email support@getkanna.com with photos (for damage) — we'll make it right.

Subscription cancellations

Cancel anytime from your account dashboard or by emailing support@getkanna.com. See subscription billing details in our Terms of Service (Subscriptions section).
